Delivery of housing units in Versailles

The housing units built by Elizabeth de Portzamparc and Nexity in the Versailles-Chantiers train station district have been delivered. The 376 housing units are divided between accession, social housing, senior residence and student residence. Residents benefit from a daycare center for children, a co-working space and parking lots. The total surface area of the operation is 21,400 m².
The typologies of the buildings have been designed according to the different profiles of the residents, in order to offer a real social and generational mix. The complex includes a large garden designed as an opportunity for cohabitation and exchange between neighbors. Nature is very present, which gives a high quality of life to the inhabitants.
