Launch of the “Littoral 21” project

Manuel Valls, French Prime Minister, and Carole Delga, President of the Region of Occitania, have launched on Friday, July 1st, the “Littoral 21” project, which aims to adapt the Languedoc coast to the touristic, economic and environmental challenges. A work of study has been assigned to Elizabeth and Christian de Portzamparc, as well as Laurence Tubiana, ambassador charged of the negotiations on climate changes. Together, they will define the principles and tools which will allow to successfully carry on this mission.
